Welcome to our website! We would like to introduce ourselves and let you know a little about what we do.
We buy and improve homes in order to offer them to good, decent, hardworking people who pay their bills on time but who may not be able to get a loan at the bank just yet. Perhaps there has been a medical problem that caused great financial hardship, or maybe a divorce, or possibly a business failure. These difficulties can greatly impact one's credit and make it difficult to get a traditional loan.
This is where we come in. We like to help people to Lease Option our homes on a very simple system. Good credit is not necessary. And the terms are flexible. The more you have to put down the better the terms can be.
Take a look at the homes we have listed here. We take pride in keeping our homes in good shape. Most are in move-in condition. Occasionally we get one that can use some work and would be willing to let you Lease Option it and earn your own equity.
